T-Shaped Conservatories in Bromley and Dartford, to Maidstone and Sevenoaks

When you want a conservatory that creates a stunning focal point to your home, a t-shaped conservatory is for you. A t-shaped conservatory usually features a central entrance door which allows the interior to be separated into two distinct areas. It is the perfect choice if you want to create a convenient dining area and light and airy living are in one. Alternatively, you can use the extra living space to create a large open-plan living space.

Spacious and stylish

The protruding front section of a t-shaped conservatory further extends your living space. It can be Victorian, or Gable styled depending on your home and will create a symmetrical feel to your property. French doors or bi-fold doors are the perfect accompaniment to a t-shaped conservatory. When opened wide on a warm summer day your interior and exterior living space will combine to produce the best al-fresco living area. We can create a bespoke conservatory that fuses inspiration from a range of styles to achieve your dream solution.

    Why choose a T-shaped conservatory?

A T-shaped conservatory is an excellent choice when you want a large and bright extended living area. Low level brickwork helps to blend the conservatory’s design with your existing home’s bricks. At FineLine, we will source the bricks and ensure that all work meets Building Regulations requirements. For both modern and traditional properties, a t-shaped conservatory will bring style, class, and that much needed extra living space.

Getting a new conservatory installed is a big decision. That’s why we make the process as straight forward as possible for you.

    Choose the right conservatory

Fill out a form online or visit one of our 10 showrooms where one of our team of experts are on hand to help you design your dream conservatory and offer any advice. After we create your design we will visit your property to measure up and provide you with a free no-obligation quote.

    Place your order with us

Once we’ve confirmed the final conservatory design, including decorative features, paired windows and doors, and roofing options, we’ll confirm and approve your order. Once we have received your order deposit, our administration team will provide your contract to a surveyor.

    Your surveyor assessment

Our surveyor will contact you to arrange a convenient date to come to your home and review the project and take accurate measurements before we confirm the assessment. If a trial dig is required to determine the footings of your conservatory, we will arrange to carry this out.

Pre-site check and confirm an installation date

Our technical department will advise on whether planning permission is required and, if it is, our team will take care of this. Your designated project manager will contact you to arrange a pre-site check to finalise all of the specifics required before agreeing the dates for your installation.

    You're ready for your installation

Our conservatory installers will arrive at the arranged time to begin work and will ensure as minimal disruption as possible. They’ll advise on maintenance tips for your new conservatory, and the functionality of the integrated windows and doors. Once your installation is complete, we will contact you to confirm that the project is finished.
